Privacy policy

Litora is a fictional brand created for a design portfolio. This policy describes how Litora would handle the data sent through the webinar and event forms.

The data is what you enter in the form: first name, last name, email, WhatsApp, city, country of residence and, for the event, the preferred time of day. Your confirmation that you know the minimum investment, your consent and the page address go with it.

Litora would use this data to send the webinar link and reminders, confirm your event time and contact you about EB-5. The legal basis is your consent, under Brazil's General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

The data would be stored in the HubSpot CRM, the tool that receives the forms. HubSpot would act as a processor, handling the data on Litora's behalf and only for the purposes above. Its servers are outside Brazil.

You can ask to confirm, access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time.

Since Litora is fictional, there's no channel for these requests.
