Overview

In Josias de Oliveira’s Product Design 2.0 course, students were tasked with the challenge of Pactto. The objective was to suggest enhancements to the design and user experience of an actual product.

The platform offers a simple and efficient solution for coaches and students to connect more effectively, regardless of geographic distance. The Pactto case is a notable example of how product design and UX principles and processes can be successfully applied to create solutions that improve user experience.

Approach

Our group of six students were introduced to Pactto, and within two weeks we analyzed its service, interface, user data, and functionalities. We interviewed coaches from various sports modalities and proposed improvements based on our findings. Through this experience, we applied product design principles in a real-world context and gained a deeper understanding of UX challenges and opportunities.
