During my volunteer work at Sempre Design, my main focus was on providing UX solutions for their customers. I actively participated in collaborative workshops that emphasized teamwork and creativity, contributing my skills and knowledge to help create effective design solutions.
One of my key projects was the MEC SHOW – metalworking and Industrial Innovation Fair, which is considered one of the main fairs in the metalworking sector, where I utilized the Double Diamond approach to conduct in-depth UX research, qualitative research, and data analysis. Through this process, I identified user needs and preferences and used this information to inform the design process and deliver high-quality solutions that met the client’s goals and objectives.
Additionally, I volunteered as a UX facilitator for the “Ipê Engenharia” project, a company that provides commercial and industrial services in mining, railways, pulp, paper, and steel. As part of the project, I worked on solving the company’s internal problems by collaborating closely with the group and ensuring we followed the design process within the estimated timeframe. I also assisted in conducting activities to gather data from Ipê collaborators and maintained effective communication and collaboration among all members involved in the project.
