Shipping & Returns

Every piece is a hand-painted resin figurine, printed and finished by hand in A Coruña, Spain. Here is how orders are made, packed, and sent, and what to do if you need to return one.

Made to order

All 22 Major Arcana are available to buy. When a piece is in stock it ships quickly; when it is not, it is printed and painted to order, which only adds time. Nothing is ever unavailable.

Made to order

Printed and painted on demand, dispatched within 5 to 8 business days.

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Where we ship & what it costs

Every order ships from A Coruña, Spain, with a tracked courier (Correos, or a service like GLS or SEUR booked through a shipping broker), so your parcel always carries a tracking number.

We ship across the European Union and to the United States (and elsewhere on request). The shipping cost depends on where the order is going and how much it weighs, so the exact amount is shown at checkout, before you pay.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days within the EU and 7 to 14 business days to the US.

Packaging

Resin is detailed but fragile, so each figurine is wrapped and boxed by hand in fragile-safe, all-paper packaging built to survive the trip.

Customs & duties

Orders inside the EU carry no extra charges. For the US and other countries outside the EU, any import duties or taxes are set by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in the price or the shipping cost.

Returns & right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU.

• To start a return, write to us within 14 days of delivery.
• Send the piece back within 14 days of telling us, in its original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
• Once the piece is back and checked, you are refunded within 14 days, to the original payment method.

If it arrives damaged

Resin travels well, but if your figurine turns up broken, write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and the packaging. You get a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

If it doesn't arrive

If the tracking stalls or the parcel never shows up, write to us and we open a claim with the courier. Once it is confirmed lost, you get a replacement or a full refund.
