Terms of Sale
Last updated: 2 September 2026
These terms govern the sale of products on this website. The site and shop are operated by Arcanae Craft, based in A Coruña, Spain (the "seller", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. The products
Every item is a hand-painted resin figurine, 3D-printed and finished by hand. Because each piece is painted individually, small natural variations between pieces are normal and part of the object; they are not defects. Colours may look slightly different from one screen to another.
2. Orders
An order is placed when you complete checkout and pay. You then receive an order confirmation by email; that confirmation is when the contract is formed. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if a listing had an obvious pricing error), in which case you are refunded in full.
3. Availability & made to order
All pieces are available to buy. When a piece is not in stock it is printed and painted to order, which extends the dispatch time. Estimated times are set out on the Shipping & Returns page.
4. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
5. Shipping & delivery
Delivery times, costs and areas are described on the Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or someone you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. How to do it, and refund timing, are on the Shipping & Returns page. This right does not apply to goods made to your personal specification, if such items are offered.
7. Legal guarantee
As a consumer you have a legal guarantee of conformity of three years from delivery under Spanish and EU law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to have it repaired, replaced, or to a price reduction or refund, at no cost to you. This is separate from, and additional to, the right of withdrawal above.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law. Figurines are decorative objects and are not toys.
9. Complaints & dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
11. Artwork
The figures are 3D adaptations of the Major Arcana illustrated by Pamela Colman Smith (1878 to 1951) for the tarot deck devised by Arthur Edward Waite and first published by William Rider & Son in 1909. Each figure follows her imagery and symbolism, and some angles and poses differ from the cards so the piece works as a sculpture. These illustrations are in the public domain. Arcanae Craft is an independent studio and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, U.S. Games Systems, Inc. or any publisher of that deck.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
