Can Arbós · Palma
Aljub, a Mallorcan restaurant in Palma's old town
Dinner is served around the house's old cistern, and in the courtyard from May to October. The kitchen cooks with produce from the island.

Our chef shops at Mercat de l'Olivar
Margalida Bauzà walks there most mornings. The menu changes with what she finds. Bernat Coll, our sommelier, pours wines from Binissalem and Pla i Llevant, the island's two DO regions.
