A family in Binissalem grows its own grapes, and they'll walk you through the vines and the cellar before you taste four of their wines with bread, olive oil and cheese from the island.
Manto Negro is the red to try. Binissalem became the first Denomination of Origin in the Balearics in 1990, and its white wines use Moll, also called Prensal Blanc. Our driver meets you at the corner of the square at 10:00. It's about 25 minutes by car.
You're back by 14:00. Like a bottle? Buy it there and we'll open it for you at Aljub. Tastings run Monday to Saturday, for two to eight guests.
