Litora is a HubSpot theme I created for sale, for real estate companies that offer EB-5 investments. EB-5 is the U.S. visa that grants a green card to foreigners who invest in an American business that creates jobs (USCIS). The demo presents a company that brings Brazilian investors to Tavessa, a rental building in Florida, with a webinar page, an event page in São Paulo and their thank-you pages, in Portuguese and English.
EB-5 investors wait years for their green card and are afraid of losing what they invested. The pages have to answer those fears without promising returns, deadlines or a visa, since the SEC treats that kind of promise as a warning sign of fraud (SEC).
The free plan allows up to 30 landing pages, with no A/B tests and the HubSpot logo on every page.
The marketing team changes text, photos and dates in the HubSpot editor.
Every page has a Portuguese and an English version.
Every number on the page comes with its date and its source.
Before designing, I studied what EB-5 investors ask and complain about online, and their main worries shaped the content of the page.
| Investors worry about | On the page |
|---|---|
| Delay | An FAQ about timing that doesn’t promise dates |
| Losing the money | A risks section that answers “Yes.” to “Can I lose my money?” |
| Buying a home to get the visa | The first FAQ answer explains that it doesn’t work |
| The total cost | A table with every cost of the process |
| Proving the source of funds | A webinar topic and an FAQ about it |
Each page targets one search term, and its H1 uses the words Brazilians actually search for, like “visto EB-5”.
The webinar page follows the order of the investor’s questions. It opens with the date and the sign-up form, shows the project, the costs and the risks, and closes with a last call to register.
The event page reuses the same modules with its own address and schedule, and the thank-you pages confirm the date and explain what happens next.
