MeteorOps

Overview

MeteorOps is a Tel Aviv-based DevOps agency serving the US market, connecting companies with highly specialized DevOps engineers on demand.

I worked on the redesign and continuous development of their Webflow platform, helping transform the site into a scalable, high-performance marketing and SEO engine for a highly technical audience.

The challenge was not simply to build a polished website. It was to create a system capable of communicating complex technical services, supporting scalable content, and converting technical decision-makers across the US market.

My Role

I joined MeteorOps in September 2024 and worked closely with the founder through April 2025, owning design and Webflow implementation across an evolving production environment.

My work covered UX/UI, Webflow development, technical performance, SEO, CMS architecture, competitive research, and the evolution of the brand and design system.

Key Contributions

  • UX/UI & Design System. Refined the visual language, interaction patterns, and design system to create a more cohesive and technically credible product experience.
  • Webflow Development. Built and iterated on the platform using Webflow and Finsweet Client-First, developing custom solutions when the standard Webflow approach was not enough.
  • Performance & Core Web Vitals. Audited render-blocking assets, optimized image delivery, deferred non-critical scripts, and continuously improved performance as the content ecosystem expanded.
  • SEO & Technical Content Architecture. Structured on-page SEO and CMS templates to support a scalable inbound strategy. The work contributed to a #1 Google US ranking for “DevOps Consultancy.”
  • CMS Architecture. Designed distinct CMS-driven experiences for Services, Technologies, Team Members, Articles, and Glossary content, giving each content type its own hierarchy, UI logic, and user journey.
  • Technologies Experience. Reworked an extensive technology catalogue into a scalable search experience, co-designing the interaction model with the client instead of relying on a static list.
  • Competitive Research. Analyzed leading DevOps and cloud companies to identify positioning, UX, content, and interaction patterns relevant to MeteorOps’ target market.
  • Continuous Product Iteration. Worked directly with the founder in short development cycles, translating business requirements into practical UX and technical solutions.

Impact

The result was a scalable Webflow platform designed to support MeteorOps’ growth across three critical areas: technical credibility, organic acquisition, and content scalability.

Rather than treating the website as a one-off marketing asset, I helped establish the underlying UX, CMS, SEO, and development foundations needed to continuously evolve the product.

The current production site has since been substantially changed and is no longer representative of my work, so I am presenting the project as a case study rather than linking to the live site.
