This cooking class starts with the shopping.
Margalida Bauzà, our chef, meets you in the courtyard at 9:00 and walks you to Mercat de l'Olivar, 14 minutes away, where she takes you to the stalls our kitchen buys from every week. You choose the fish for lunch and taste sobrassada at the counter. The market has sold fish, meat, fruit and cheese in Palma since 1951. Back at Can Arbós, you cook three dishes with her in the Aljub kitchen.
Lunch is at 12:30. You eat in the courtyard, with a glass of wine from the island. Tell us what you can't eat when you book. The class runs Tuesday to Saturday, for up to six guests.
