A local skipper takes you out two hours before sunset.
You share the boat with up to seven other guests. We drive you to the marina on the Passeig Marítim. You sail west along the bay while the cathedral gets smaller behind you, and if the water is warm enough the skipper stops so you can swim, with towels on board. There's a bottle of white wine from Binissalem, with olives and almonds. The boat is back about half an hour after sunset.
Our driver waits at the gate. Sails run April to October. Too much wind? The skipper calls us by noon and we move you to another evening.
