A plunge pool above the old town
The pool is 6 by 3 metres and 1.4 metres deep. It's for cooling off between hours in the sun. A pergola covers half the deck from noon, and there are twelve loungers, so ask for one at breakfast in August. Towels are by the stairs.
After 18:00, anyone can come up to the bar. The pool is for hotel guests.

The bar serves Mallorcan wine by the glass, vermouth, and small plates from Aljub's kitchen until 22:30, Tuesday to Saturday. On Sunday and Monday it serves drinks only. At sunset the roofs of La Calatrava turn orange. That's when the bar fills up, so book a table before you come up. Hotel guests and members can book one from My stay.
A small hotel spa in the old cellar
Two treatment rooms and a steam room sit under the house, where it stays cool all year. Each treatment comes with 30 minutes in the steam room, kept for you alone.

Can I use the pool if I'm not staying at the hotel?
No. The pool is for hotel guests. After 18:00, anyone can come up to the bar.
Is the pool heated?
No, it has no heating. It's at its warmest from June to September. The bar stays open all year.
Do I need to book the steam room?
It comes with any treatment. Without a treatment, book a 45-minute slot at reception.
